Our Implementation services cover full cycle necessary for implementation of CRM technology in your organization. We can help you to:

  • Define your business requirements for CRM system implementation, for its integration with other IT systems and databases like Call Center, Help Desk or accounting systems;
  • Exercise due diligence in choosing the CRM technology best fitting your requirements, budget, and appropriate implementation approach. This may require functional or even feature-by-feature comparison of CRM software applications;
  • Prepare Technical Requirements document, that is  – translate your business requirements into technical language for the configuration and customization of the chosen CRM system and any required automation and integrations;
  • Customize and deploy the system according to Technical Requirements and integrate it with other systems, if necessary;
  • Train your employees and gather their feedback to be used for system adjustments. Usually, the system will require these after pilot implementation, as reality is often different, to some extent, from initial assumptions;
  • Prepare documentation necessary for further system and user support. For user guides, we usually create screencasts which are easy to perceive and focused on specific functional feature or workflow;
  • And last but not least, develop and deploy analytical reports which will allow you to analyze your customer base and other data, like time spent by your employees for opportunities and projects.
