Client Line SIA is a private company, employing a team of IT professionals and based in Latvia, Europe. The company has more than 10 years of experience, and various certifications in software consulting, development and support, and project management.

Client Line specializes in providing long-term support and consulting for customer-facing, mission-critical systems. Our clients benefit from the deep expertise, prompt case resolution and competent advice that helps them focus on serving their customers best. The small size of our team allows us to be close to our clients and promptly adjust to their changing needs. Our support operators are available through email, phone and LogMeIn remote support application (Live Support button on our website).

In addition to technical support, we also provide additional development and integration services, as well as consulting and analytical services to our customers.

Our long-term perspective is proven by the following facts:

  • The company was founded in 1999 as provider of services for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Help Desk solutions.
  • In 2000 we became certified partner of FrontRange Solutions on the territory of Baltic Countries, Russia and Central Eastern Europe. FrontRange (www.frontrange.com) is a provider of business applications and IT solutions with corporate headquarters located in Pleasanton, CA USA, 13 offices worldwide and global headquarters located in Australia (APAC) and United Kingdom (EMEA).
  • In 2000 we implemented FrontRange product GoldMine (www.goldmine.com) – in Scania Latvia (www.scania.lv) and have been providing technical support and additional development and integration projects for the customer since that time till present.
  • In 2002, we were referred by FrontRange to BMW AG (www.bmw.com), and implemented GoldMine in BMW Group Russia (currently BMW Russland Trading). Since that time we have been providing technical support, additional development and integration projects for BMW Russland Trading till present, including headquarters in Moscow, and more than 45 official BMW dealers across all Russia.
  • In 2004 and 2008 we conducted large-scale satisfaction surveys for Schneider Electric in Baltic Countries (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia). Also, during these years we implemented and supported FrontRange products GoldMine and HEAT in Kaspersky Lab and Coca-Cola NBC Eurasia.
  • In 2009 we became partners with TSI – one of the leading technical universities in Latvia (www.tsi.lv) – and have been providing services, such as CRM lectures for students, till present.
  • In 2010 we started providing services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and received multiple Microsoft Dynamics CRM-related certifications.
  • Starting with 2012, we are proud to name Berlitz Languages (www.berlitz.com) among our customers.
  • In 2013 we started collaboration with TravelWits (www.travelwits.com), direct flight search provider.
All our team members possess both technology and people skills, which eliminates the need for additional “interpreters” and enables each of us to know what to do, how to do, and for what purpose.
